Computing
Internet You can connect directly to the internet through an ethernet cable at any office.
Alternatively, you can also connect wirelessly; please consult your local host or workshop organizer for instructions and the password.
Computer Room The Institute has a computer room available on the third floor of Building C, right above the library [map: US/A4]. Your key-card should allow you to enter the room.
Security A few portable computers have been stolen from offices at the Institute, so you should always lock the door to your office door whenever it is not occupied.

The Institute Library
Location The Institute library is located on the second floor of Building C [map: US/A4].
Hours A librarian is usually available each weekday:
Monday–Thursday: 9:00 am–4:00 pm
Friday: 9:00 am–3:00 pm

Access The library is open to anyone during the regular hours mentioned above.
After hours, you can still enter the main library room by using your key-card.

Printers, copiers, etc.
Printing Once you have established a connection within the Institute, you should be able to print at any of the printers. The Niels Bohr International Academy has a printer on each of its floors:
BA (first floor): HP LaserJet 4200 (0001E6B0649B)
BB (second floor): HP LaserJet 4200 (0001E69DA599)
BC (third floor): HP LaserJet 4200 (0001E69CD584)
Color The nearest color printer is located in Building C, just across the hall from the main room of the library.

Copying A photocopier is located on the first floor of the Academy (Building B of the Institute) across from the tea-room. A facsimile machine is available in the same room.
